Position: Project Manager

Location: Fully Remote

  1. Project Planning and Execution:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans for initiatives related to the E-learning platform and Ten Pounds Website.
  • Execute projects efficiently, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.

2. Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
  • Maintain effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed of project progress

3. Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Address issues promptly to ensure the successful completion of projects.

4. Resource Coordination:

  • Allocate resources effectively to support project activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both in-house acvdfffffxv  nd remotely, to optimize project outcomes.

5. Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services, meeting or exceeding industry standards.
  • Implement and monitor quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.

6. Documentation:

  •  Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
  • Create post-project reports to evaluate outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the technology or education sector.
  2. Strong understanding of E-learning platforms and a marketplaces
  3. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  4. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  6. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

Education and Experience:
